An article about Nowy Styl Group is part of this year's edition of a prestigious UN publication. In the United Nations Global Compact Yearbook, we discuss socially responsible office spaces.
The Global Compact Network Poland is the world's largest initiative bringing together socially responsible businesses. Since its inauguration, it has been joined by more than 13,500 members from 170 countries. For the past five years, the organisation has been publishing the United Nations Global Compact Yearbook: an annual strategy report presenting measures taken by businesses all over the world towards a responsible and sustainable corporate policy.
As every year, this edition is devoted to sustainable development, with particular emphasis on good business practice in Poland. We have had the honour to write for this Yearbook about a concept we strongly believe in: ‘offices furnished with responsibility’. As one of the major experts in the industry, we want to educate the public on important issues related to work space and comfort. We therefore share our knowledge on creating offices that are responsible and serve people. We are glad that workers are increasingly aware of those needs and think that health and well-being at the workplace should be given greater priority.
– Honesty, tolerance, ambition and humbleness are the values that underpin Nowy Styl Group’s organisational culture. They are the guidelines showing our employees how to behave. But today, organisational culture is built to be reflected not only in attitudes, but across the whole corporate space. As experts in space arrangement solutions, we point out to the importance of office space for the corporate identity. We create workplaces that serve people and organisations – highlights in Yearbook Przemysław Różowicz, Head of the Brand Management, PR and CSR Department.
As every year, the United Nations Global Compact Yearbook had its premiere at an inauguration ceremony held on United Nations Day, 24th of October.
