              100% Design London exhibition

              Thinking outside the box? You need space to create ideas. A well-arranged space. During the upcoming 100% Design exhibition in London (20–23 September), Nowy Styl Group will show how a well-arranged workplace can inspire employees.

              A trendy workplace cannot suddenly provide a solution for a lack of creativity, however, good design can improve your employees' well-being. Arrangement suited to the company's needs and an interior décor that motivates employees and evokes positive feelings can be successful in preventing monotony and inspiring people to think outside the box.

              A creatively arranged workplace combined with an investment in technology and the biophilic design can dramatically increase the chances companies have in the fight for talented employees. Research1 shows that 56% of employees would like to work in a modern and creative workplace.

              How can you trigger creativity in your workplace? Nowy Styl Group will show you how to do this at this year's 100% Design exhibition.

              Spaces for cooperation

              79% of ideas are born away from the desk, and are often a result of interaction with colleagues within the office2. Informal meetings, quick and spontaneous consultations at which we concentrate on alternate activities, 'water-cooler' talks and lunchtime interactions can often prove to be our most fruitful when generating ideas.

              The process of designing workplaces does not have to be difficult. The colourful woollen upholstered island Tapa is an exciting piece of furniture designed for encouraging communication and drawing employees away from their desks. The modular system Tepee helps divide space and offer high walls great for holding discreet conversations. Whereas the LinkUP chaise longue invites employees to take a break and clear their mind, so that they can come back to their desk feeling recharged and... in turn, generate new ideas.

              Creative by nature

              The biophilic design has been proven several times to trigger creativity. As psychologists point out, observing the colour green facilitates creative performance (but it has no influence on analytical performance)3. It is estimated that exposure to greenery and sunlight yields a 15% increase in well-being and creativity4.

              Creativity in action – #FormoCreativity

              At 100% Design, Nowy Styl Group will invite their visitors to play a creative game. During the 4-day exhibition, guests will be able to create their own geometrical patterns using the colourful acoustic panels Formo.

              A customised workplace that reflects a company's identity and character is an interior that helps employees reach the state of "flow" more easily.
