              German Design Award 2018 for Play&Work

              Play&Work is “Winner”! Nowy Styl Group wins renowned design prize German Design Award.

              The German Design Award , one of the most regognized design competitions in the world, distinguishes innovative products and projects as well as their manufacturers and designers who are leading the way in the German and international landscape. The German Design Award is awarded by the German Design Council, the German brand and design authority.

              The office furniture system Play&Work, which has already won several awards, has now achieved the award “Winner” in the category “Office Furniture”.

              Play&Work has been designed to give an individual character to workplaces and to adapt them to the needs of employees. A flexible space arrangement based on the requirements of the organization is the essential advantage of Play&Work and allows an efficient use of space. Just like Levitate, Play&Work was also designed by design studio WertelOberfell and is now extended by workbenches which include the possibility of manual or electrical height adjustment.

              The German Design Award is one of the globally most renowned design competitions and enjoys a high reputation far beyond specialised circles. The competition is organised by the German Design Council, the expert for brand and design in Germany, while its jury consists of international design experts. Winning here against the high-class competitors is a successful proof of being part of the elite.

              The award ceremony for the German Design Award took place on February 9, 2018 in Frankfurt.
