Case study Covestro Bratislava

The project to furnish the offices of Covestro (Slovakia) Services s.r.o. in the ROSUM Center in Bratislava was launched at the leading international trade fair ORGATEC in October 2016. At an appointment with the “Head of global Real Estate + Infrastructure - Country Platform Management of Covestro Deutschland AG, Leverkusen”, we were able to show inspiring examples of implementation possibilities for all work zones of the planned project during a tour of our holistically designed trade fair stand. The next step was to prepare a feasibility study for the 4th and 5th floors of the ROSUM Center, as well as a color concept and product proposals for open space areas, meeting rooms, reception, central hub and informal meeting points. Due to the high level of satisfaction with these products, office swivel chairs and conference chairs were taken over from an existing value contract between us and Covestro AG. All other product groups were redefined. Our proposals proved to be convincing and numerous project meetings followed as well as detailed planning of all processes. After the 4th and 5th floors were fitted out on schedule within a few days in June 2018, the 6th floor was also fitted out in 2019 as a follow- up project in only two days. Der Projekteinstieg für die Einrichtung der Büroräume von Covestro (Slovakia) Services s.r.o. im ROSUM Center in Bratislava erfolgte auf der internationalen Leitmesse ORGATEC im Oktober 2016. Bei einem Termin mit dem „Head of global Real Estate + Infrastructure – Country Plattform Management der Covestro Deutschland AG, Leverkusen“ konnten wir bei der Begehung unseres gesamtkonzeptionell gestalteten Messestandes inspirierende Beispiele für Umsetzungsmöglichkeiten aller Arbeitszonen des geplanten Projektes zeigen. Danach galt es, eine Machbarkeitsstudie für das 4. und 5. Obergeschoss des ROSUM Centers zu erstellen, sowie ein Farbkonzept und Produktvorschläge für Open Space Bereiche, Besprechungsräume, Empfang, Central Hub und informelle Meeting Points auszuarbeiten. Bürodrehstühle und Konferenzstühle wurden, bedingt durch die hohe Zufriedenheit mit diesen Produkten, aus einem bereits bestehenden Wertvertrag zwischen uns und der Covestro AG übernommen. Alle weiteren Produktgruppen wurden neu definiert. Wir konnten mit unseren Vorschlägen überzeugen und es folgten zahlreiche Projektbesprechungen sowie eine detaillierte Planung aller Prozesse. Nach der termingerechten Ausstattung des 4. und 5. Obergeschosses innerhalb weniger Tage im Juni 2018 wurde im Jahr 2019 auch das 6. Obergeschoss als Nachfolgeprojekt in nur zweit Tagen eingerichtet.
