So far we have worked in three locations in Kraków and our offices have been completely different from each other. So we asked ourselves: what do we expect from the new space, what can it give our organization? In response to those questions, we defined the main assumptions of the project: creating one office and improving cooperation between employees.
The result? A space that meets the needs of all departments.

How has the new space affected the comfort and efficiency of employees, customer relations and the image of the employer? Case study j-labs
Specialists from Nowy Styl helped j-labs employees to clarify their needs for the new office, and then selected and delivered a set of appropriate solutions, including ergonomic workstations, conference furniture, acoustic solutions, sofas, and even swings, bringing a more relaxed atmosphere to interiors.
The total office space was divided into several zones for different purposes. Evaluation studies have shown a very large increase in employee satisfaction. Therefore, the most important goal was achieved.
