Discover our redevelopment project for the headquarters of Clésence, an affiliate of Action Logement, the third-largest social housing operator at the regional level, providing housing solutions to nearly 90,000 residents. With a team of over 700 employees spread across the entire territory, we have been alongside Clésence in renovating its headquarters located in Saint Quentin.
This headquarters building spans three levels, covering a total area of 4,532 square meters and accommodating approximately 200 employees. The project, executed by Aventim, placed special emphasis on the design of innovative and environmentally friendly offices, utilizing a wooden structure for the entire construction. The interior redesign of the headquarters was conceived with consideration for environmental, safety, and well-being standards, while focusing on employee comfort in terms of ambiance, soundproofing, and ergonomics. Each element of the interior design was meticulously selected based on these criteria, aiming to create an exceptional work environment for the teams.
The goal was to provide a true quality of work life by offering bright, welcoming spaces that are outward-facing and tailored to the needs of the users. The idea was also to create a unifying living space, promoting interactions, social connections, and exchanges within the Clésence team.
